A page is an ordered list of sections. You move them up and down, but you can't drag a piece out of position. Spacing, margins and widths are all decided in advance, built around one shared content width of 1088 pixels, and every section has its own values for narrow screens.
You pick a mood and get a whole palette. Themes are built to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirement, so the text stays readable in every combination you can put together.
