1. What the planner does
You describe what your business needs. From that description, we put together a proposal: which parts a build would consist of, a price range for the work, a range for what it costs to run per month, a timeline in weeks, phases, what we've assumed, and what's left out.
The planner is free and doesn't require an account.
2. The plan is an estimate
The plan is not an offer, and it is not an agreement. None of the figures bind you, and none of them bind us. You haven't ordered anything by creating a plan or by sending it to us.
What we'll deliver, and what it costs, is agreed in a conversation. Only once we have a written agreement is anything binding on either party.
3. Pricing
The price ranges are calculated from the scope you described. If the description changes, the figures change. If new requirements come up in the conversation, the estimate no longer applies.
All amounts are in Norwegian kroner and exclusive of VAT. VAT is added on top.
4. Time
The timeline is an estimate in weeks, not a delivery date, and the weeks start counting once an agreement is in place. The estimate assumes you answer questions and deliver content, images and access along the way. If that stalls, the timeline shifts accordingly.
5. The plan is generated with AI
A language model reads your description and picks parts from a fixed list we've set up in advance. We calculate the prices and the weeks ourselves, from the parts that were picked. The model never writes an amount.
The model can misunderstand you, skip something important, or suggest something that doesn't fit your business. The plan is not a substitute for advice. We review it with a human before we agree on anything.
6. What we store
While you're working, the draft sits in your browser on the device you're using. We don't have it. If you clear your browser or switch devices, it's gone.
If you send us the plan, we store it together with your name, email, phone number and company, so we can follow up on the enquiry. How we handle personal data more broadly is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Your description is sent to the language model provider so the plan can be generated. We explicitly request that it not be used to train models, and the request is only routed to providers who have agreed to that. By accepting these terms when you submit, you accept that your description is handled this way.
7. Acceptable use of the planner
The planner is for businesses considering having something built. You can create as many plans as you like within the limits we've set per IP address. Automated use and bulk submissions are not allowed, and we can block traffic that looks like it.
8. Changes
We can change the planner or take it down. These terms can also change. The version and date are shown at the top of the page, and what changed is listed in the changelog.
9. Relationship to our other terms
If you purchase a service from us, our terms apply to that purchase. These terms govern use of the planner, and are governed by Norwegian law.
