Our vision

Being small should never hold you back.

Norwegian small businesses are built by people who are the best at what they do. The tools they work with should be every bit as good as what the big chains have, at a price that actually makes sense.

Why we exist

Zellap was built alongside three real sole proprietors. The pattern repeated every time: skilled people who wanted to grow, held back by time and money, not by a lack of will.

The day disappears into the craft, then into bookkeeping, cancellations, and a website that never quite gets finished. The tools that could fix it are priced for the big players. An agency quote comes in, the budget says no, and the ambition gets shelved.

We exist to tear down those walls, one by one.

What holds small businesses back

Not a lack of will. Four walls, over and over:

  • There's never enough time

The day goes to customers. Whatever's supposed to grow the business, marketing, follow-up, the numbers, gets pushed to the evening or never happens at all.

  • The tools cost too much

The systems the big players use are priced for the big players. An agency can charge months of revenue for work you need done now.

  • Everything is scattered

Booking in one place, payments in another, the website somewhere else, the books in a fourth. Nothing talks to anything, and you're the glue holding it together.

  • You shouldn't have to be an expert at everything

You're great at your craft. Yet somehow you're also expected to be a developer, a bookkeeper, and a marketing manager.

How we tear down the walls

Time

We automate the routine

Reminders, follow-up, and reports run themselves, so your evenings are yours again.

Cost

One platform, one predictable price

A flat monthly price instead of project fees. A fraction of what an agency costs.

The scatter

Everything in one place

Booking, payments, website, and numbers in one system that actually talks to itself.

The expertise

The tools do the thinking

You stick to your craft. The platform handles the rest.

A normal week, before and after

Before

  • Monday: two cancellations you found out about too late.
  • Wednesday night: the books, long after closing.
  • Sunday: the website you meant to update three months ago.
  • All week: the feeling of running flat out and getting nowhere.

With Zellap

  • Cancellations get filled from the waitlist, automatically.
  • The numbers are ready whenever you need them.
  • You update the website in minutes, from your phone.
  • Time to spare, for your customers and for your craft.

What we believe

Small shouldn't mean worse

The same tools the big players have, without needing a chain behind you.

Your time belongs in your craft

We take care of the admin, the books, and the routines. You take care of what you're best at.

Growth shouldn't require a loan or an agency

Just a platform that grows with you, one step at a time.

Technology should work for you

Not give you one more thing to learn after closing time.

Our promise

  • Live the same day.
  • New features every month, automatically.
  • You own your domain, your data, and your customers.
  • Clear pricing. You always know what you're paying.
  • Help in Norwegian from people who understand your industry.

The future we're building

A future where a hairdresser with one chair can run like a chain. Sell products without owning a warehouse. Get advice as if they had their own analyst. And spend their time on what they actually love, while the business keeps growing. It costs a fraction of an agency, and does more than an agency would.

To you, the owner

You didn't start out to become an expert in websites, bookkeeping, or marketing. You started because you're good at what you do. Yet half your week goes to everything else.

We're building Zellap to give you that time back, and to give you the tools that, until now, were reserved for the big players. You should be able to grow without losing what made you good in the first place.

That's the whole point. Everything else is just features.

See how we get there.

The roadmap shows what we're building now, what's coming next, and where we're headed.
